The full details of this deal are available at CookingwithKraft.com, but basically to receive a $10 gift card you need to purchase four different participating Kraft items (2 oz or larger) and then download the rebate form here and mail it in with Publix receipts totaling $50 or more. You can take advantage of this offer up to three times. All rebate forms must be received by August 14, 2009.
